Izzy Dawood joined WageWorks as Interim Chief Financial Officer in April 2018, playing an instrumental role in the company’s financial audit and restatement efforts. He became Chief Financial Officer in October 2018. Izzy has more than twenty years of experience leading public companies through substantive change and adversity while driving measurable and meaningful results. Prior to WageWorks, he served as CFO of Santander Consumer USA Holdings, Inc. Additionally, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of the Investment Services division of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY Mellon). During his tenure with BNY Mellon, he held several leadership roles in investor relations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate development, and strategy. Izzy obtained a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
