About the Event:

2015-2023，北外滩见证了国内区块链行业从方兴未艾到蓬勃发展，也承载了无数新老朋友们在上海区块链国际周共同创造的美好回忆。九年来，北外滩就这样静静地看着我们一步一个脚印地向前，而我们却总是来去匆匆，从未想过看看它的前世今生。

由万向区块链实验室主办的2023上海区块链国际周推出9周年特别活动“暴走Web3.0”上海City Walk，欢迎所有关注Web3.0发展的朋友们一起轻抚城市轮廓，咀嚼历史英华，携手续写区块链华章的同时，也一起听听北外滩的故事。

The North Bund, one of the most important parts of the “Gold Triangle” of Shanghai, has witnessed the rapid development of the blockchain and Web3.0 industries in China. Shanghai International Blockchain Week has been held at North Bund for nine consecutive years. To celebrate the 9th anniversary, Wanxiang Blockchain Labs hosts this Shanghai City Walk event to provide an opportunity for all of our friends from the industry to know better about the culture and history of Shanghai and build connections in an interesting and relaxing way.

报名须知：

Attention:

1、本活动报名需先通过主办方审核，再缴纳报名费，缴费成功即视为报名成功；

Registrations will be reviewed by the organizer. You will only be asked to make the payment if you pass the review. You will register for this event successfully after you made the payment;

2、本活动由活动行代为退票。如因参与者个人原因需要退票，活动行规定，每张票收取票价10%的退款手续费。此笔费用非主办方收取，且主办方无法减免该费用；

The ticketing plaform Huodongxing will help to deal with ticket refunds and a 10% service fee for each and every refunded ticket will be charged by Huogongxing. This refund service fee is not charged by the organizer and cannot be waived by the organizer;

3、如需退款，请在活动开始前的48小时前发起申请，活动开始前的48小时内不接受退款；

​ If you wish to refund your ticket(s), please issue the refund at least 24 hours before the event starts. Any refunds issued in less than 24 hours before the event starts will not be dealt with;

4、活动相关通知将通过短信或邮件发送，请确保报名时填写的手机号码和邮箱地址正确并能正常收取消息；

Please fill in vaild phone numbers and email addresses in the registration form to make sure you will receive event nofications timely;

5、主办方会赠送一份境内旅行保险，请如实填写你的姓名、手机号和证件信息。如信息错误，保险将购买失败或失效；

A travel accident insurance in China mainland will be included in the ticket. Please fill in valid names, phone numbers and ID number to make sure the insurance will be purchased successfully;

6、活动前三天18：00前，主办方将通过短信或邮件邀请报名成功的小伙伴加入官方活动群，发送行前须知，包含可集合时间、地点、领队联系方式等重要信息，届时请注意查收通知消息；

The organizer will invite you to the event WeChat group after your registration is confirmed before 18:00 UTC+8, Sep.15 and important information about the event will be shared in the group;

7、请按照集合时间准时到达集合地点，以免耽误自己或其他参与者的行程时间。在领队处签到后，听从他们的组织开始活动；

Please check in in time at the appointed venue and enjoy the City Walk following the guide's instructions;

8、如因天气等不可抗力导致本次户外活动无法如期进行，主办方最迟会在活动前一天发送取消短信给你并全额退还报名费，请小伙伴留意短信；

If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure such as nasty weather and so on, the organizer will inform you and have your ticket refunded;
