The Pearse Lyons Accelerator is administered by Alltech, a multi-billion agricultural science company with expertise in the field of agricultural and nutritional science. Participants will also benefit from the tech ecosystem and start-up network of Dogpatch Labs.

Ten agritech start-ups from around the world will have the opportunity to participate in a four month programme that offers space, mentoring and investment opportunities. There will be a focus upon technological areas such as nutrigenomics, nutritional sciences, robots, sensors, 3D printing, artificial intelligence, gene editing/crispr, ag-science and drones.

Start-ups have the opportunity to present on the main stage at a prominent agribusiness conferences. Here they will pitch to over 3,000 potential customers, investors, journalists and other though leaders within the agri-business industry. Each of these start-ups will have exclusive promotional stands in "Innovation Square" at the conference. The top three out of these start-ups will present on the main stage. An all-expenses paid trip to the three day conference will include flights and accommodation.
