Adam is an experienced technology professional with 12 years of experience developing enterprise systems for a wide variety of industries. While having moved to leadership roles more recently, he prefers to stay as hands-on as possible, and constantly improve his skills in both technology and leadership. Some of the applications/platforms he has built include an on-the-floor manufacturing workflow and testing guidance system, an internal web-based application certification and distribution platform, a web-based marketplace for IT systems and services, and an executive planning and milestone tracking dashboard platform.

His most recent and ongoing work is on building a blockchain-based network and accompanying web portal for the aviation industry, focused on asset management traceability and inter-organizational transactions and communication. This system involves building a network of organizations involved in the industry that keeps planes in the air.

Adam intends to continue expanding his skills into the future, and never look back.
