Alex Bardine focuses upon mediation, business negotiations, and international commercial arbitration. Mr. Bardine holds an LL.M. Degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Vice President at Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association as well as an Editor at Harvard Business Law Review including as an Online Staff Editor at Harvard International Law Journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Law (summa cum laude) and Master of Law (summa cum laude) degrees from the University of Zurich, where he is also working on his Ph.D. thesis on Litigation Funding in International Commercial Arbitration. He served as Mediator in Massachusetts small claim courts and also writes and speaks on topics related to commercial dispute resolution.
