Allan Wilsker joined iRhythm in January of 2012 bringing over 25 years of Information Technology experience in increasingly demanding roles from start up through Fortune 500 companies.

He has deep experience developing and implementing integrated information solutions and services for a variety of organizations and industries.

Most recently, he was the Vice President of Operations at Epocrates, where he led the development and growth of both the Information Technology and Customer Support organizations from startup through successful IPO.

Prior to Epocrates, Allan held critical technology roles at Remedy Corporation and Cypress Semiconductor leading the development and management of the global, corporate infrastructures.

He started his career at Hewlett Packard in the Systems Engineering Organization where he led major Network and Systems Management consulting projects.


He holds a BS in Administrative Systems Management from Drexel University.
