Allen oversees CTS PLATFORM including the overall Commerce platform architecture, vision, and roadmap. He is also responsible for technology and digital implementations for CREATETHE GROUP. Allen has over 17 years of entrepreneurial, software, and ecommerce experience, including managing the rollout of enterprise-wide systems for Fortune 100 companies at Publicis' Arc Worldwide. His areas of specialization include Commerce-Enabled Architectures, Content Management Systems, SaaS and Managed platforms, Enterprise Service Bus Architectures, MVC, and Global Application / Content Delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. Allen is also a 77th direct descendant of Confucius.
