Amy has nearly 13 years of experience, spanning multiple industries and within small and large companies. As vice president of human resources at Phreesia, Amy is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes across the company.

Prior to joining Phreesia, she was the senior human resource lead at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide for their North America business units, where she worked closely with business leads to define and implement talent strategies that were aligned with their business goals.

Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
