Ana G. Rodriguez is senior vice president, Chief Human Resources Officer of PolyOne
Corporation, the world’s premier provider of specialty polymer materials, services and solutions.
Upon her joining PolyOne in May 2014, Ms. Rodriguez assumed global responsibility for the
human resources function, including performance management, succession planning,
compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, labor relations and talent development.

Prior to PolyOne, Ms. Rodriguez worked for Molex, Incorporated, where she served as senior
vice president, Global Human Resources, as well as various positions of increasing
responsibility within the company’s Legal Department, including vice president, co-general
counsel and corporate secretary. She has also held positions in the Legal Departments of
Amgen, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Litton Industries and the Federal Reserve Bank of New
York.

Ms. Rodriguez earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s of Arts
from California State University at Long Beach. She is a licensed member of the Bar
Associations of Illinois, New York and California
