Andrea’s job satisfaction comes from helping businesses grow and seeing their owners and management teams achieve their goals and aspirations. Andrea has worked across several departments within HSBC including roles in retail banking, leveraged finance, transaction management and corporate banking. For the last two years she has been helping to establish the mid-market coverage proposition of the HSBC debt finance origination team and, as a director in the UK technology sector coverage team. Andrea has also been selected to join the Confederation of British Industry Under 35 national committee.
