Andy focuses his practice on federal and multistate income/franchise tax services, including tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as a Pivotal Partner and Lead Investor with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.

He earned his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Alabama-Huntsville, and his M.B.A. from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
