Boaz Noy has been a Senior Vice President BioActive Ingredients since 2009, and previously managed the Company’s marketing and business development activities since June, 2008. Mr. Noy joined Enzymotec in 2001 and served in a number of other senior positions in the Company, including Vice President, Finance and Operation from 2004 to 2008 and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2004. Prior to joining Enzymotec, Mr. Noy was in practice as an independent accountant from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Noy is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.
