Joseph was born in Georgia, USA and is an experienced senior financial services executive. He received a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from the Wharton School.

He is now the principal and founder at Hazelton Street Partners after spending 10 years at Goldman Sachs IB in New York and London in corporate finance, M&A and the telecom and media investment banking businesses. He then went on to be the Head of Telecom and Media IB and subsequently the Head of Equity Capital Markets in EMEA for JP Morgan. Bobby was then Co-Ceo at the PanAfrican Investment Company, a PE firm established to invest in sub-Saharan Africa. Bobby is also a former Member of Executive Board and Investment Committee and CFO of Mountain Partners, Zurich based venture capital firm.

Bobby is also the proud father of two college aged children.
