Bryan Wolf is a senior partner and member of the management committee of Ziffren Brittenham LLP. He represents many leading directors, producers, writers, and actors and provides strategic counsel to companies, institutional investors and owners of intellectual property in connection with the motion picture, television and digital media industries.

Bryan designed the business plans for several companies which provide substantial content and financing for the major motion picture studios and television networks. He also structured and negotiated the financing and distribution arrangements for these entities. Additionally, Bryan has counseled both start-ups and large institutions regarding the creation of digital content and the distribution of content across digital platforms. On the talent side, he has structured market-making deals for artists, maximizing creative control and fixed and contingent compensation. His transactional experience includes debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution.

Bryan is regularly listed in industry publications such as Best Lawyers in America, The Hollywood Reporter’s list of Most Powerful Entertainment Lawyers and Variety’s Dealmaker Report. He serves on the boards of Counter Brands, LLC, ITG Automotive and Fetching Girl, Inc. Previously, he was a co-founder and board member of IAG Research and a board observer of Awesomeness TV, Inc. He contributes to several charitable causes, including those supporting financial aid, cancer research, and nature and our environment.

Bryan graduated from Swarthmore College and Columbia Law School. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Elisabeth, an author, and two children, Philip and Emmeline.
