Carlos Peña re-joined Advent International in 2009 from Credit Suisse, where he worked as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division in New York and in Mexico. In Credit Suisse, Carlos had responsibilities in the Financial Institutions Group and in the coverage team for Mexico and Central America. Prior to that, Carlos worked 18 months in Advent based in Mexico where he was involved in Aeroplazas, Dufry, Fumisa and Gessa. He also worked at Telefonica in Madrid and McKinsey Inc. in the Mexico office.
