Chris Loeffler's leadership and forward-thinking vision 10 years ago have propelled Caliber into the full-service real estate investment firm we have today, with a private equity portfolio valued upwards of $500 million across five states and more than 700 employees.

Chris Loeffler is actively involved in Arizona’s civic and business community, serving on Greater Phoenix Leadership and speaking before the Maricopa County Association of Governments, the City of Scottsdale Economic Development, Sun Corridor Joint Planning Session and more.

And if that’s all you knew about Chris, you’d be impressed. But what’s more impressive about Chris is his courage and fortitude. It took courage to walk away from PWC, where he had a clear path to be a partner. It took courage and fortitude to start a company – especially a real estate company in the depths of a recession caused by the real estate crash. But one of the things that makes him so special is his moral fortitude. His character. His world view. Chris gets to know Caliber’s clients and their stories. He knows that when Caliber is successful, you will create more good in the world. He has fired clients who were jerks. Good people are what motivate him.

When the system was bad and people got screwed and they needed someone to trust, Chris found his purpose.

Chris Loeffler grew up in a military family. His dad retired an admiral and his mother’s service to others earned her the highest civilian honor that can be bestowed. He took a different path, but fundamentally, he, too, leads a life of service. He is motivated by the idea of leveraging relationships to create a bigger impact. And he is grateful. Grateful for his success, grateful for your trust in him, and grateful for his family. He proudly charts every significant Caliber milestone to a milestone with his wife, Abbie. their beautiful daughters, Elsie & Lennon.
