With only fifteen members at the launch, the organization has significantly grown to over one hundred individuals who work as volunteers. In August 2019, the organization began distributing supplies of food items and clothes to slumps and orphanages in Montserrado County. Due to the organization's policy on secrecy, which was put into law by Keagon, most of the distributions and visits are done at night. In January 2020, the organization began hosting art exhibitions for orphanages, churches, and communities in Montserrado County. Local and international philanthropists and politicians support Arts & Positivity on a full-time basis. The organization also runs a public fund receiving service. In September 2021, due to its prominence in the orphanages and slumps across the country, Keagon and his organization were awarded the highest level Liberian humanitarian award by the government of Liberia.Keagon is a private individual.
