Cory has a successful background of growing and turning organizations across multiple industries. He worked for Scentsy Inc, with multiple brands and international markets, growing the company from $300k to $580M. Scentsy was named Inc 500’s fastest growing consumer company during that growth phase. Mr. Pugh also served as Divisional President for Tropical Sportswear, Inc., a publicly held company, where he managed national and international brands selling into top tier retailers, specialty, and big box chains. Cory helped grow TSI from $30M to $600M through multiple acquisitions and organic growth strategies. Cory has also served as President of IEC, one of the largest management groups, helping companies from startups to Fortune 500 businesses with their strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and financial viability.
