Craig Dixon is working as a Strategic Initiatives at Amazon since 2020, September and as well he works for the University of Maryland Global Campus as Computer Science and Software Development and Security, Adjunct Faculty. And he is passionate about technology and education. He currently works at Amazon Web Services on the AWS Educate team. He helps faculty and students from around the world learn about cloud computing. Prior to joining AWS, Craig held several roles (i.e., corporate business development and strategy) at PayPal, Blackboard, First Annapolis Consulting, and The Chronicle of Higher Education. He started his career as a full-stack application developer in Merrill Lynch's Global Banking Group. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Boston University. Also, he received a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was a Center of Digital Strategies Fellow. Craig is an avid entrepreneur and innovator, having launched two technology companies and receiving a patent.
