Craig Hancock is the Executive Director of Customer Service Management and is the Global Chief Information Security Officer of Telstra Inc. Hancock has 30 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industry and is responsible for the customer service end to end in Telstra. This involves monitoring, management and operation of all of Telstra’s and its customers’ networks, platforms and cybersecurity. He also leads the field workforce and the assurance call centers both domestically and internationally. This includes incident management, delivering network and IT security globally, managing network and IT system changes and improving the business through innovative application of tools and systems.
