Mr. Berger joined Trilogy Education Services, LLC in November 2016 as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Trilogy, he served as the Vice President of Strategy, Acquisitions and General Counsel of Zeta Global from 2008 to 2014. Mr. Berger began his professional career by practicing law at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, Baker & McKenzie and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP where he was a partner in the corporate and securities group.
