David Barram was appointed by President Clinton as the Deputy Secretary and COO of the Department of Commerce and later appointed to head the U.S. General Services Administration. Before working for the government, Barram spent 23 years in Silicon Valley with Hewlett Packard, Silicon Graphics and Apple, serving as CFO for the latter two. He serves on the boards of Computer Sciences Corporation, Pope and Talbot, Velocity11, America’s Choice, and the non-profit National Center on Education and the Economy. Barram received his MBA from Santa Clara University and his BA from Wheaton College.
