Dave is a Principal at Primary Venture Partners based in the firm’s New York City office. Prior to joining Primary, he worked as an Associate in the technology investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in New York. At Morgan Stanley, he executed multiple IPOs, M&A transactions and capital raises for some of the largest firms in the technology sector, such as SAP and Red Hat, as well as financings for various New York-based technology firms including Etsy, Shutterstock and Medidata. Dave’s previous experience includes roles in operations and corporate development at HIT Entertainment and Dixons Store Group, as well as strategic consulting at L.E.K. Consulting in the U.K.

Dave holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
