Dean is CallMiner’s Vice President of Customer Success responsible for insuring our solution directly supports our customer’s strategic goals and achieves transformative business value and return on investment. Dean’s career spans multiple high growth enterprise software companies including Salary.com, Health Edge, and Black Duck software. In each of these high growth companies he has led highly effective, profitable and customer focused success teams from early stage startup through to IPO/acquisition exits. Dean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
