Extensive experience in managing and operating large-scale international web properties. Industry expertise includes Big Data, Financial & Payment Services, B2C and B2B. Business environments ranging from startups to global multinationals.

Declan is currently the VP of Cloud and IT Operations at Splunk. Previous positions were held at Adobe Systems, eBay Inc, Goldman Sachs, and Charles Schwab & Co. Currently a member of the CIO Advisory Board.
