Dennis Fowler is the executive vice president of clinical and regulatory affairs at [Titan Medical](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/titan-medical#/entity), a development stage company that engages in the design and development of SPORT single-port robotic surgical system. Previously, he served the same company as the director of clinical and regulatory affairs.

Formerly, Fowler was a professor of surgical science and director of the center for innovation and outcomes research in the department of surgery at Gerald and Janet Carrus and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons respectively. Among other former positions, he was the vice president for medical director of perioperative services at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
