Diane was appointed as a non-executive Director in March 2013. She is currently General Counsel and Company Secretary and a member of the Group Executive Committee of ABB Limited, the publicly listed international power and automation technologies company based in Switzerland. Her responsibilities include Head of Legal and Integrity Group.

She was formerly Senior Vice President and General Counsel of EADS, the European aerospace and defence company. Diane’s legal experience and her knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters allows her to provide a unique perspective to the Board and its Committees.
