Dong-Chul Shin is Executive Managing Director and one of the founding partners at JKL Partners. He is the lead fund manager for JKL 1st , 2nd and 7th PEF. He was responsible for buyout deals for two occasions, namely Tapex and Korea rental, where he conducted restructuring and value up activities. Prior to joining JKL Partners, Mr. Shin worked at Samjong-KPMG and at Samil-PwC. Mr. Shin received a B.S and M.S in Business Administration from Yonsei University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Korea.
