Drew McCallum is Vice President of Business Development for LabTech Software, where he is responsible for leading the Research and Development team and heading third party integration efforts.

Drew has accumulated vast experience in the IT industry through consulting positions at major corporations, including Xerox, Federal-Mogul, Owens-Illinois, Mazda and Fuller & Henry.

In 2000, Drew co-founded Nemsys in partnership with Matt Nachtrab, CEO of LabTech Software. Nemsys initiated operations as a small managed service provider (MSP) based in Toledo, Ohio and evolved into LabTech Software.

Drew initiated development efforts, in concert with Matt Nachtrab, on the Nembox solution, an agentless, appliance-based Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system. Drew, Matt and the development team quickly realized the limitations of an agentless system and shifted their energy and focus to developing Nemservice, a precursor to what today is LabTech RMM.
