Dulce Borjas was named CIO of Engie, formerly GDF SUEZ, in 2013, leading several of the IT functions during rapid growth through acquisitions.She began her career designing and implementing solutions for a regulated power utility. From customer care systems to computer telephony, her focus on achieving efficiencies through technical solutions provided considerable savings for the business. In 1999, Borjas joined Dynegy and led several initiatives, notably they were one of the first players in the deregulated power market in Texas.Borjas holds a bachelor of science in industrial and systems engineering from Florida International University.
