Edward Boykin is a Member of the Board of Directors at Teradata since September 2007.

Edward retired in 2003 as President and Chief Operating Officer of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), one of the world's leading information technology services and consulting firms providing outsourcing, management consulting and systems integration.

Prior to joining CSC in 1966, Edward was an Aerospace Engineer with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Edward also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at NCR Corporation and was a Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Engility Corporation, a government services company.
