As Vice President of Engineering, Eldad is responsible for managing ConteXtream's engineering team and guiding the company's technology development.Eldad joined ConteXtream after having spent eight years at Cisco systems where he was responsible for a series of successful hardware and software projects and where he managed world-wide engineering teams. Eldad joined Cisco Systems as a result of its acquisition of Pentacom, which he co-founded.Prior to Pentacom, Eldad was a technical leader at 3Com where as Project Manager he was responsible for all aspects of the delivery of a key LAN ATM product.Eldad began his career as a software developer, rising rapidly to manage complex projects with a particular emphasis on industry standard platforms and the Linux OS.Eldad has 7 patents with an additional 2 pending, and has worked in multiple industry technical organizations, including making substantial contributions to the ATM Forum LAN Emulation project.He received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science, and his Master's in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
