Elias Sabo joined The Compass Group in 1998 as one of the founding partners. He is a member of the Investment Committee and, alongside Elias Offenberg, he plays a critical role in directing the company’s strategy. In addition, he is responsible for all of the business of the company’s West Coast office, as well as the Alternative Investment Vehicles. Elias Sabo has helped create a collegial work environment that bridges the geographic distance with clearly defined, achievable expectations tempered by responsibility and trust.
Elias Sabo is currently a director and the Chairman of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF), Advanced Circuits, Inc. and Tridien Medical. Elias Sabo also serves as a director for a number of other companies, including Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation, The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. and Liberty Safe and Security Products, Inc. Prior to The Compass Group, Elias Sabo was with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners and Colony Capital. Elias is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
