Bachelor of Law from Wuhan University, Master of International Law from Korea International Law University (with a full scholarship), Master of Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University, US (Thomas Buergenthal Scholarship). She used to be the chief planner and the host of the 2014 High-level Forum on Intellectual Property Law Application. Leaders, judges, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the Supreme People's Court, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the State Intellectual Property Office, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office and some provincial courts, Apple (Global), Tencent Group, Founder Group, Zhengtai Group and Jiuyang Group, Beijing Laozihao Association attended the forum and delivered speeches.

In 2014, she acted as a distinguished legal adviser in one of China's top 10 intellectual property cases—the Daoxiang Village trademark dispute case. Entrusted by Beijing Daoxiang Village Food Co., Ltd., she took charge of the Daoxiang Village trademark infringement case.

Now she is the CLO of ONO, responsible for its overall legal affairs, and leads the amendment of the “Common Programme.”
