Gary Fang is the Director in WeBank Co. Ltd. He was born in 1970, and graduated with an EMBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has 20-year banking experience involving: accounting, corporate business, operations, the retail industry, and small and micro areas. Before joining WeBank Co. Ltd., he was the president of the Consumer Finance Division at Ping An Bank’s head office. This was followed by a role as the deputy governor of the Shanghai branch in charge of retail business. Due to his rich experience in retail banking management, he is familiar with its operations and administration, as well as having a better understanding of the retail market and customers’ need.
