Gregory Blank is a Managing Director of Blackstone in the Private Equity Group based in New York where he focuses on investments in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Gregory Blank has been involved in the execution of many of Blackstone’s investments, including most recently in Kronos, Ipreo, and Optiv.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Gregory Blank was an Associate at Texas Pacific Group (TPG) in San Francisco where he was involved in the evaluation and execution of private equity transactions.

Gregory Blank graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

He currently serves as a director of Ipreo, Optiv, Travelport, and The Weather Company.
