Henry co-founded Bite in 2018 having previously co-founded VCP Advisors (now Apex VCP), in 2009. In 2021, Henry stepped down as CEO to become Co-Chairman of Apex VCP and President of Bite. Henry also sits on the Investment Committee of Bite Asset Management. Henry began his career in law, working as a Barrister in London, before joining Grisons Peak, a financial institutions focused investment banking firm.
