Hill Ferguson is the CEO of Doctor On Demand. He is a former executive in residence at Social Capital LP and served as the vice president of global product at PayPal.

Prior to PayPal, Hill was the Vice President of Product and Marketing at Zong, where he led product management and marketing functions. Hill has also previously served as GM at Yodlee, where he helped develop and market personal management (PFM) and consumer payments products used by top-tier Financial Institutions. At Yahoo!, Hill was part of the product team that produced the award-winning Yahoo! Finance website. Hill also founded LoanBack, a leading peer-to-peer loan management service which has helped consumers manage over $1.5B in "friends and family" loans.

Hill received a Bachelors of Science in Political Science with a minor in Spanish and holds an MBA with a Marketing Concentration from Vanderbilt University.
