Ilan is an entrepreneur with expereince in business operations, innovation management, investing, and community building. Today he is Head of Operations @ PDQ, prior to which, he ran operations at Heven Drones, was Managing Director of Siftech, and he served as Chief Innovation Officer of the IDF Spokesperson's Unit and Interim Commander of the Israeli Air Force Innovation Department, where he co-founded the Air Force's Accelerator.

He has worked in venture capital in addition to founding a few of his own startups. Ilan is involved in a number of organizations including Taglit-Birthright Excel and the Kairos Society and is a contributing writer at TNW.com. He regularly speaks about innovation and startups as a guest lecturer at a number of universities as well as to delegations from around the world. He attended the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
