As SVP, Professional Services & Delivery, Ilene Landon is responsible for expanding HireVue’s professional services and broader implementation abilities to maximise client success, adoption, and time to value.

Prior to joining HireVue, Ilene served as SVP of Professional Services at MicroStrategy where she leads the North American Professional Services team, focusing on customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and margin, and project management discipline. Prior to MicroStrategy, she led Professional Services teams at SumTotal Systems and SuccessFactors, helping to grow and transform these teams into customer value-driven organizations.

Ilene holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette University.
