Ireena Vittal became a director of the Company in October 2013. Vittal is a former partner with McKinsey & Co.

Prior to joining McKinsey & Co., Vittal worked with Nestle India Limited and with MaxTouch (now Vodafone India Limited). Vittal serves as a board member of AXIS Bank Limited, Titan Industries Limited, Tata Global Beverages Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited and The Indian Hotels Company Limited and on the global advisory board of ideo.org. Vittal also serves as a member of our Audit/Risk and Compliance Committee. Ireena Vittal is a member of Audit Committee of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Titan Industries Limited and member of HR & Compensation Committee of Godrej Consumer Products Limited.

Vittal has a graduate degree in Electronics from Osmania University and has completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
