Ismaila Otolorin has extensive experience in IT/Telecom cutting across Systems Integration and Administration, Network Operations and Network Quality and Performance having worked in various capacities over the years.He is currently responsible for QoE (Quality of Experience) at Airtel Nigeria and interfaces with Nigeria Communication Commission on quality related issues for Airtel Nigeria and in addition he is a member of the QoSIWG (Quality of Service Industry Working Group) setup by NCC to improve Network Quality Nation-wide.A certified Project Manager, he has successfully delivered various projects. In the recent past, subscriber experience improvement projects completed included state of the art Network Operations Centre, Integrated Network Management Solution with automatic ticketing functionality and an abridged Customer Experience Management solution for enhance Quality of Experience to Airtel subscribers.
