Jaime Carvajal Urquijo joined Advent International in 2002. He has over 20 years of private equity and M&A experience. Jaime joined Advent from Dresdner Kleinwort Capital Spain, where he was chairman and worked with Advent thorugh a joint venture from 1996 to 2002. Prior to that, he was chairman and founder of Iberfomento, an independent Spanish M&A and priavte equity firm.
