James Creech is an entrepreneur focused on technology for online video. His passion is putting together great teams, scaling growth, and building lasting businesses.

James is the Co-Founder & CEO of Paladin, the premier technology provider for next-generation media companies. He has brokered partnerships with leading multi-channel networks (MCNs) and media companies across five continents.

Prior to Paladin, James served as SVP, Growth of Bent Pixels, where he led the company's strategy, sales, and business development efforts. And as the fifth employee at Channel Factory, James helped grow the video adtech startup grow from 0 to eight-figure revenues and 40+ employees.

James is also the creator and host of All Things Video (iTunes: http://bit.ly/allthingsvideo and Acast: http://acast.com/allthingsvideo), a podcast dedicated to the future of the online video ecosystem. He has spoken at a number of conferences, including Digital Entertainment World, Social Media Week, the Licensing Expo, and Digital Hollywood.

James graduated magna cum laude from USC with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Political Science.
