Mr. Cornelius, age 69, has been our Non-Executive Chairman since May 2010. He served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from February 2008 to May 2010 and served as our Chief Executive Officer from September 2006 to February 2008.

From November 2005 through April 2006, Mr. Cornelius served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (interim) of Guidant Corporation, a U.S. cardiac and vascular medical device company. He served as Guidant’s Non-Executive Chairman of the Board from 2000 until 2005.

Mr. Cornelius is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company and a Director of Given Imaging Ltd.
