Prior to joining Advent International GmbH, he spent two years with 3i, helping to establish the firm's Hamburg office while focusing on investments in the technology, logistics and manufacturing industries. Prior to 3i, he worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich, focusing on financial services.
