Mr. Burnett is currently SVP & General Counsel of Lineage Logistics and oversees all legal matters for Lineage. Previously, Mr. Burnett was VP & General Counsel of Castle & Cooke, where he advised senior management on transactions involving David Murdock’s companies including Castle & Cooke Cold Storage and Madison Warehouse Corporation before they were acquired by Lineage. Mr. Burnett also previously worked for the law firm of Palmieri, Tyler, Wiener, Wilhelm & Waldron LLP as a Real Estate and Corporate Attorney. Mr. Burnett obtained his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
