He has more than 10 years of overseas study and financial experience, mainly focus on investment and financing business and primary market project investment.
He participated in the US IPO of UTIME, a Shenzhen company now listing at Nasdaq (stock code: UTME) in 2018 at ARC Capital (now ARC Group ), an international financial services firm and one of the worldwide leaders in SPAC and IPO advisory.
