Jennifer Daniels is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for NCR Corporation. She is responsible for all legal matters at the company.

Most recently, Daniels served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Barnes & Noble, Inc. Prior to that, she served for over sixteen years with IBM, holding positions including vice president, general counsel for IBM Americas, vice president, assistant general counsel for litigation and most recently, vice president, assistant general counsel and chief trust and compliance officer (the first in IBM’s history). She has also served as an attorney in two private law firms in the state of New York.

Daniels is a graduate, with distinction, from Harvard Law School.
