Joanna is Co-Head of Advent's investment activities in Central and Eastern Europe. She has over 30 years of private equity experience, with a strong focus on buyouts and growth equity investments. Prior to joining Advent, Joanna worked for Kleinwort Benson Development Capital, where she was responsible for investments in the U.K. and also developed the firm's private equity activity in Spain. She began her career with 3i, the U.K.'s largest venture capital firm.
